11AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-771 “CREATED” AND SECTION 2-772 “POWERS” OF CHAPTER 2 "ADMINISTRATIVE CODE” OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO CLARIFY MATTERS RELATED TO THE CREATION, POWERS, AND DUTIES OF THE TOURISM COMMISSION AS IT RELATES TO DETERMINING HOW THE TRANSIENT GUEST (HOTEL/MOTEL) SALES TAX REVENUE SET OUT IN CHAPTER 27, ARTICLE IV  OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES WILL BE USED.
12AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 29-374 TITLED RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT FEES OF CHAPTER 29 “UTILITIES” OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO UPDATE PERMIT FEES AND CHANGE THE NAME OF THE SECTION.
13AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT BUDGET IN THE GENERAL FUND TO ROLL OVER UNSPENT FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $812,210.11 FROM A VARIETY OF GRANTS AND CONTRACTS.
14AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL FUND, ANIMAL CONTROL PROGRAM BUDGET AND ACCEPTANCE OF A DONATION FROM BEST FRIENDS ANIMAL SOCIETY IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,000 TO BE USED TO SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY CAT INITIATIVES FOR CATS IMPOUNDED BY THE ANIMAL SHELTER.

17AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL FUND REC CENTER PROGRAM BUDGET AND EXECUTION OF A MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CIVICPLUS FOR A RECREATION, POINT OF SALE, AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ALL IN THE AMOUNT OF $14,651.83.

28AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL FUND, 2011 TRANSIENT GUEST TAX PROGRAM BUDGET AND EXECUTION OF A 2011 TRANSIENT GUEST TAX REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. JOSEPH, MISSOURI, AND EAGLE'S WAY RIVERFRONT PARK, LLC ALL IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $1,300,000.00.

JOSEPH, MISSOURI, AND INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIREFIGHTERS, LOCAL #77 APPROVED ON OCTOBER 3, 2022.
34AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL FUND – COMPUTER NETWORK OPERATIONS PROGRAM BUDGET TO PROVIDE FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $43,500.00 TO PURCHASE, INSTALL, AND MAINTAIN CIVICGOV SOFTWARE BY CIVICPLUS TO BE USED FOR PERMITTING, LICENSING, INSPECTIONS, CODE ENFORCEMENT, AND PLAN REVIEWS.
35AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) FUND AND ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH COMMUNITY MISSIONS CORPORATION TO PROVIDE FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000.00 FOR OPERATION OF A COLD WEATHER SHELTER.
36AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLAN FOR AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT FOR SCHUTZ CONTAINER SYSTEMS, INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION, CONSISTING OF THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT AT THE COMPANY’S MANUFACTURING FACILITIES LOCATED AT EASTOWNE BUSINESS PARK; AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF ST.
