13A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH ST. JOSEPH HABITAT FOR HUMANITY FOR FY2022/2023 HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $249,689.00 TO CONSTRUCT TWO SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES AT 1500 HIGHLAND AVENUE.

17AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT BUDGET IN THE GENERAL FUND TO ROLL OVER UNSPENT FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $812,210.11 FROM A VARIETY OF GRANTS AND CONTRACTS.
18AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL FUND, ANIMAL CONTROL PROGRAM BUDGET AND ACCEPTANCE OF A DONATION FROM BEST FRIENDS ANIMAL SOCIETY IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,000 TO BE USED TO SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY CAT INITIATIVES FOR CATS IMPOUNDED BY THE ANIMAL SHELTER.
19AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-771 “CREATED” AND SECTION 2-772 “POWERS” OF CHAPTER 2 "ADMINISTRATIVE CODE” OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO CLARIFY MATTERS RELATED TO THE CREATION, POWERS, AND DUTIES OF THE TOURISM COMMISSION AS IT RELATES TO DETERMINING HOW THE TRANSIENT GUEST (HOTEL/MOTEL) SALES TAX REVENUE SET OUT IN CHAPTER 27, ARTICLE IV  OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES WILL BE USED.
20AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT ENTITLED “HILLYARD ADDITION,” A MAJOR SUBDIVISION CONSISTING OF 1 LOT PROPOSED FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 201 ROBIDOUX STREET, FORMERLY KNOWN AS 229 ROBIDOUX STREET, 609 N. 2ND STREET, 915 N. 2ND STREET, 508 N. 3RD STREET, 902 N. 3RD STREET, AND 622 N. 4TH STREET AS REQUESTED BY BLAKE ROTH ON BEHALF OF HILLYARD INDUSTRIES, INC. 23AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A TRANSPORTATION PLANNING CONSOLIDATED GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION (MHTC) UNDER WHICH THE MHTC WILL PROVIDE FUNDING IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $390,614.00 AND THE CITY WILL CONTRIBUTE MATCHING FUNDS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $97,653.00 TO ASSIST IN METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION (MPO) TRANSPORTATION PLANNING ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE ST. 25AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL FUND REC CENTER PROGRAM BUDGET AND EXECUTION OF A MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CIVICPLUS FOR A RECREATION, POINT OF SALE, AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ALL IN THE AMOUNT OF $14,651.83.
